- Basic description of duties: A. Supervise Reserve Recruiting Cell staff;
B. Attract applicants into the RCAF Reserve;
C. Open and manage applicant files and data;
D. Conduct recruiting interviews for skilled and unskilled applicants;
E. Planning, coordination and facilitation of school visits and other attractions activities
F. Conduct periodic visits to CFRC Det Barrie to assist in processing recruiting files;
G. Provide/coordinate supervision for new recruits until they reach Operationally Functional Point (OFP);
H. Provide feedback on every applicant and monthly/quarterly reports to HHQ;
I. Establish, track and monitor unit training requirements. Submit training reports as required and annual training requirements;
J. Other duties as assigned by supervisor; and
K. Duties may include occasional weekend or evening work.
