  1. CFINTCOM HQ has a Class B Temporary for a Lt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90024-GSO to commence on 01-FEB-2018 until 01-FEB-2019. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Lt/Capt
    2. MOS ID: 90024-GSO
    3. Language: English or French
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals: N/A
    8. Position requirements for regular force annuitants permit IAW CMP instruction 20/04: Yes - Option 2 ( (# 20/04))

  4. Basic description of duties: 1. Responsible to J1 for the staffing and daily management of the Primary Reserve (P Res) personnel at CFINTCOM, including:

    a.) Process and manage individual files for members joining the P Res capability;

    b.) Coordinate with DRSM as required;

    c.) Responding to requests for Reserve position staffing as required;

    d.) Monitor Reserve budget and coordinate with comptroller as required; and

    e.) Coordinate with other outside organizations on P Res plans, policies and requirements as required.

    2. Responsible to CO HQ for adjutant duties, including:

    a.) Coordinate with the CFINTCOM Orderly Room and J1 staff for admin support.

    b.) Coordinate with all organizations within CFINTCOM, including Branch Secretariat, as required;

    c.) File and document management/coordination between CO and OR/L2s; and

    d.) Prepare/update standing and/or routine orders as required.

    3. Duties applicable to both primary tasks:

    a.) prepare reports and presentations to ACOS Sp and others on P Res status as required;

    b.) prepare reports on HQ issues and concerns;

    c.) being proactive in identifying problems or conflicts and providing potential solutions; and

    d.) advising supervisors on upcoming deadlines for remits.
