- Basic description of duties: Develop and maintain a compressive unit training plan to meet readiness requirements
Prepare reports and returns; preform administrative and logistical task associated with unit training
Coordinate all training requirements for unit personnel
Liaison with HHQ, outside agencies and COC IOT schedule training requirements and to take advantage of training opportunities
Ability to work with MS office suite and knowledge of monitor mass and HRMS
