  1. 76 Comm Regt has a Class B Temporary for a Sgt/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 90000-ATR to commence on 20-JAN-2018 until 01-JUN-2020. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Sgt/Sgt
      WO/PO1 willing to relinquish and MCPLs/MS qualified for promotion to SGT/PO2 may apply but only be considered should no candidate at the SGT/PO2 rank apply and be found. MCPLs/MS not eligible for promotion may be considered for under-ranking.
    2. MOS ID: 90000-ATR
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Top Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

  4. Basic description of duties: - Provide COMSEC training and standards in accordance with COMSEC policies;

    - You are to be fully versed in the duties of the COMSEC training. You must be familiar with COMSEC policies. Also, be prepared to perform duties required for Sqn objectives;

    - Enter information in LCMS/CARDS;

    - Act as a COMSEC inspector; candidate must be willing to travel within Canada and or abroad: For example: travel to contractor facilities, travel to military installations to deployed and garrison field units, military workshops, and repair depots;

    - Conduct inspection of COMSEC accounts;

    - Develop a knowledge of the Sqn, DND and Governmental policies: Assist CFCSS staff and management with interpretation of COMSEC policies. Identify and submit draft changes to existing COMSEC policies;

    - Candidates must possess a civilian driver's license and DND404 with good history;

    - Candidates may occasionally be asked to work overtime;

    - Must be able to engage in continuing studies to maintain/update the professional skills required for the position;

    - Other duties as required; and

    - Candidates must meet and maintain the above condition of employment throughout their employment.
