  1. 39 CBG HQ has a Class B Temporary for a Capt/Capt MOS ID/Occupation 90001-CBTA to commence on 01-FEB-2018 until 31-JAN-2019. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Capt/Capt
      Under/Over ranking shall only be used in exceptional circumstances, where no established rank qualified candidate is found suitable by a Board Report and approved by Div HQ. Higher rank will relinquish rank for the duration of the emp pd.
    2. MOS ID: 90001-CBTA
      Any trade may apply and be considered, if no CBT Arms is found suitable.
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT

  4. Basic description of duties: A. Preparing and staffing detailed plans for all Brigade collective training;

    B. Providing advice on all matters relating to Strengthening the Army Reserves (StAR);

    C. Developing and preparing plans for long range activities;

    D. Assisting the CO in preparing and implementing Brigade attraction activities;

    E. Experience in designing and implementing unit level programs;

    F. Experience in working in a Bde HQ posn an asset;

    G. Experience in organizing conferences and training sessions an asset;

    H. Experience in coordinating COMREL activities an asset; and

    I. Provide support to Bde level recruiting activities
