      (7) experience in mentorship/counselling in an education environment;

      (8) experience in planning, coordinating and leading war gaming and table-top exercises;

  4. Basic description of duties: The directing staff is responsible for planning and conducting a cross section of courses and developmental opportunities that promote, instil and reward airpower learning up to the post-graduate level. The DS position is responsible for leading syndicates of 8-12 captains/majors. This position acts as the link between the students and Airpower Operations Course (APOC) staff through syndicate activity management, student progress monitoring and curriculum delivery. This position is considered a teaching position and the DS must be comfortable interacting with students in an instructor/mentor capacity.
