A. Skilled in conducting industrial and organizational psychology research; statistical analysis, writing research reports, general staff work;
B. Broad understanding of CAF/RCAF organization, business practices and processes and organizatioal culture;
C. General knowledge of CAF recruiting, selection, training and development systems; and
D. In depth knowledge of concepts related to research and application of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (e.g., personnel management issues, research design, statistics).
- Basic description of duties: D Air Pers Strat 3-3-2 is a research / staff officer position. The primary role of D Air Pers Strat 3-3-2 is to conduct and coordinate research in support of personnel selection policies, procedures and other issues related to recruitment, selection, training, development and retention / turnover of Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) personnel.
