  4. Basic description of duties: Le ou la titulaire du poste sujet est chargé de fournir des services en système informatique de la Défense nationale (MDN) et aux Forces canadiennes (FC). À cette fin, il lui incombe de remplir les fonctions suivantes : Assister les techniciens du Gp SIT dans les tâches journalières qui seront durement touchées par le congé parental, tout spécialement dans la fonction au support informatique. Avoir des connaissances sur le réseau de la planification de mission et DWAN. Aider les utilisateurs avec des problèmes relatifs aux logiciels approuvés à la 3 Ere. Conseiller et assister les clients pour des questions portant sur l'utilisation de l'équipement informatique. Superviser et fournir en tant qu'expert des avis et de l'orientation à tous les utilisateurs de la 3 Ere. Assurer le maintien et soutien du réseau de la planification de mission 24/7. Disponibilité pour accomplir toutes tâches/fonctions requises pour supporter les Ops de l'Ere au besoin (ex: mesure d'urgence, Exercice, Déploiement de courte durée, FASE, Iqaluit?).Par conséquent, les tâches principales du poste satisfont à la définition du groupe de Communication Radar et aux conditions d'inclusion 6 et 8 de la Gazette du Canada, Partie 1, du 27 mars 1999, pp. 825-826
