  1. DET BORDEN has a Class A for a Cpl/Cpl MOS ID/Occupation 00375-01-HRA to commence on 02-OCT-2017 until 01-OCT-2020. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Canadian Rangers, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Cpl/Cpl
      Mbrs eligible for promotion to Cpl/LS and MCpl/MS who are willing to relinquish their rank can apply but will only be considered if no qualified Cpl/LS is available. Pte/AB may be considered only if candidates at the rank of Cpl/LS or Pte/AB qualified for promotion are not available
    2. MOS ID: 00375-01-HRA
      Other MOSIDs may be considered if no suitable candidate is found in the required MOSID
    3. Language: English essential
    4. Security clearance: Secret
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals: N/A
    8. Position requirements for regular force annuitants permit IAW CMP instruction 20/04: Yes - Either Option ( (# 20/04))
  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • a. Experience in MS Office an asset

      b. Experience working in an administrative capacity an asset
  4. Basic description of duties: a. Management and administration of student files for personnel under all SEM enrollment programs

    b. Administrative support to SO SEM and regional SEMs

    c. Obtain and apply a general knowledge of all current orders and regulations, directives and instructions that pertain to, or affect subsidized members

    d. Produce student messages for SEM and RMC students

    e. Receive and distribute mail, telephone calls and e-mail enquiries

    f. Keep SO SEM informed on all upcoming changes

    g. Other duties as assigned by SO SEM
