    • Harassment Advisor/Workplace Relations Advisor Qualification Knowledge of personnel management and personnel administration procedures and practices; Knowledge of CF/RCAF organization and establishment management practices and procedures; Working knowledge of civilian HR management, including staffing and classification review processes;
  4. Basic description of duties: The position of 1 CAD HQ Admin O exists to provide the HQ CO and 1 CAD HQ with a means to coordinate all human resources and personnel issues within the HQ. The HQ Admin O provides SME advice to all ranks and levels in the HQ including providing liaison for civilian human resource issues. Provides and coordinates HR support for personnel issues and resolving personnel and employee issues across all 1 CAD HQ Comds, Directors, Dets & DRUs, and their subordinate staff. Providing advice to these positions on behalf of the HQ CO and SME staff. Liaison with HHQ on personnel issues (medical, civilian, discipline, compassionate issues).
