        • CT156 Harvard II FIC (current and proficient) qualified. Applicants must possess at least a "B" Instructional Category (current and proficient) on the CT156 Harvard II aircraft.
      • Competency Remarks:
        • Applicants must have accumulated a minimum of 500 hours pilot-in-command time on the CT156 Harvard II aircraft.

  3. Secondary requirements of position, as applic:
    • -Applicant must possess strong written and oral communication skills and confidence in addressing senior officers and civilian equivalents on a regular basis.

      -Applicant must posses strong leadership skills and effectively utilize CFPAS to provide PDR/PER s to subordinates.

      -Bilingualism would be an asset.
  4. Basic description of duties: -Provide pre-flight briefing, in-flight training and post-flight de-briefing of assigned student pilots IAW the NFTC Phase II/III/IV ITP.

    -Provide accurate student progress cards in a timely manner and maintain a clear summary of the student's progress within the student electronic progress book.

    -Maintain instructional abilities and flying proficiency IAW all applicable section, unit, Wing and higher HQ regulations.

    -Perform miscellaneous flying duties as scheduled by the Flight Commander, CFI, or Commandant of 2 CFFTS.

    -Attend graduation ceremonies.

    -Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Flight Commander, CFI, or Commandant of 2 CFFTS.

    -In cooperation with student Course Directors, QFI s shall ensure a positive environment for acceptable officer development and OLQ's.
