Basic description of duties: The position of D Air Pers Mgt 4-3 exists to provide advice to D Air Pers Mgt on Officer General Specifications (OGS) and Air Environmental Requirements (AER) driven Professional Development (PD) in the RCAF. D Air Pers Mgt 4-3 is responsible for the strategic oversight, maintenance, update, and validation of the Officer AER and Qualification Standards (QS) in support of the RCAF mission and vision, and providing RCAF input wrt CAF PD programs. D Air Pers Mgt 4-3 provides guidance and supervision to D Air Pers Mgt 4-3-2 (RCAF NCM PD).
