  4. Basic description of duties: PRIMARY FUNCTION
    a. The Capability & Training Development Warrant Officer (G2 Plans 2-2) is the principle staff NCM to G2 Plans providing subject matter expertise (SME) to Capability Development (CD) projects; equipment integration; ABCANZ and interoperability initiatives; review and feedback on intelligence doctrine; and review and participation on intelligence related training initiatives. G2 Plans 2-2 is responsible to:
    (1) Provide specialist advice and staff support as part of the G2 Plans Section at C Army HQ for CD tasks to include:
    (a) Participation on CD Working Groups and Project Teams;
    (b) Provide intelligence SME on CD issues;
    (c) In concert with G2 Plans staff, develop CONOPs for Capability Integration, fielding, and project review;
    (d) Coordinate with staff principals from C Army directorates and external agencies to ensure CD information is accurate; and
    (e) Research, prepare and present oral briefings on G2 CD and related topics.
    (2) Shape Army Intelligence Training Development through:
    (a) Participation on Training Development Working Groups and Project Teams;
    (b) Provide assistance in the review of CA and Joint CAF intelligence doctrine;
    (c) Participate in ABCANZ and other interoperability meetings with a view to recommend doctrinal and training updates; and
    (d) Liaise with stakeholders.
    (3) Additional responsibilities are to:
    (a) Draft materials as part of ongoing G2 Plans staff efforts;
    (b) Provide verbal and written briefings;
    (c) Be prepared to act as G2 Sergeant Major, in the Sergeant Major's absence; and
    (d) Perform additional duties as required by G2 Plans, G2 Plans 2.
